Scheduling Instructions

We are handling all meetings online or virtual through the use of Zoom, Google Meet, or other video call technology.  This allows us to meet with you regardless of where you live.  (for more on technology use, see Prepare Your Tech.

If you've already read these instructions, you may schedule an appointment now by clicking on one of the meeting types below in  Schedule An Appointment.  After selecting a time, you'll enter your contact information and then receive a confirmation.

Typical order of Coaching or Mediation Appointments:

  • The first step is typically a free consultation.  This can be scheduled by an individual or by multiple people that have a conflict or dispute.  This is a chance to learn more about the mediation process and Mr. Clemans.  We also offer a free audio/visual tech check to help you make sure your device is ready for the other kinds of meetings.  We have seen adults of many ages and backgrounds use technology successfully for meeting with others using video call technology.

  • The next step is an intake appointment for each person who will be participating in the mediation.  These appointments are scheduled on an individual basis so that the mediator can speak with each person one-on-one.  Payment is due at the time of scheduling and may be made by following the link on our Payment page.

  • The third step is to schedule a conflict coaching or mediation session.  We offer multiple durations for appointments.  We find that times longer than 90 minutes tend to be unproductive as people naturally get tired and need regular changes in activity.  Payment is due at the time of scheduling and may be made by following the link on our Payment page.

Typical order of Attorney Appointments:

  • The first step is typically a free consultation.  This is a chance to learn more about divorce/custody process and Mr. Clemans.  We also offer a free audio/visual tech check to help you make sure your device is ready for the other kinds of meetings.  We have seen adults of many ages and backgrounds use technology successfully for meeting with others using video call technology.

  • The next step is an intake appointment for the potential client.  Payment is due at the time of scheduling and may be made by following the link on our Payment page.

  • The third step is to schedule a paid consultation.  Payment is due at the time of scheduling and may be made by following the link on our Payment page.
